Use of XJ-101
       XJ-101 is a one-component silicone rubber and metal, nylon, ABS, PC, PVC plastic hot compression molding agent, is a high-temperature curing type, high strength after curing, film flexibility, water resistance, media resistance, aging resistance. After coating, it has a long adhesion time.
       Suitable for peroxide type silicone (silicone watch band) and metal (stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc.), nylon, PET, ABS, PC, PVC plastic hot vulcanization bonding.

Appearance: colorless transparent liquid
Nonvolatile content: 5%
Main components: anhydrous ethanol 80% modified polydimethylsiloxane 5-10% silane coupling agent 5-10%

Packing
1, First toluene or ester solvent to remove the sticky surface of the oil and dust (please shake well when using).
2, After the solvent has evaporated, brush a layer of adhesive evenly on the surface of the metal to be adhered.
3, Exposed to the solvent completely evaporated (25 ℃ when about 120 minutes or more), or into the oven 100 ℃ baking 15-30 minutes. Low-temperature platinum vulcanizing agent silicone into the oven 75 ℃ baking 15-30 minutes (sticky nickel-plated need to 180 ℃ baking 20-30 minutes), until the adhesive to be sticky surface of the adhesive curing film. (If the baking temperature is too low or poor heat transfer, you can also extend the baking time)
4, Remove the workpiece cooled to room temperature, the unvulcanized silicone rubber and its paste, has been coated with adhesive products can be placed for 3 days.
5, will fit the compression parts into the model after hot pressing molding, vulcanization temperature within 200 ℃ is appropriate. (The bonding process varies slightly depending on the vulcanization process used for the raw material of silicone rubber).

Storage and precautions
1, This product is best stored at 25 ℃ below low temperature refrigeration.
2, This product contains organic solvents, must be stored and transported in accordance with the rules of flammable products, when used, pay attention to ventilation and prevent contact with open flames.
3, After the glue is used, it should be covered at any time to avoid solvent evaporation.
4, Glue tools can be used oil brush, brush, knives, wood, etc., after use can be immersed in toluene or ester solvents to clean.
5, The effective storage shelf life of this product for six months, after the shelf life of the inspection, can still continue to use.
