Packaging

LQ-DCBP is standardly packed in plastic drums of 20 kg net weight. LQ-DCBP can also be packed according to user's requirements.
LQ-DCBP is a solid organic peroxide of Class D, Goods Classification: 5.2, UN No. 3106, Packing for Dangerous Goods of Class II.

Safety Precautions
1, Keep away from fire, open flame and heat source.
2, Avoid contact with reducing agents (such as amines), acids, alkalis and heavy metal compounds (such as accelerators, metal soaps, etc.)

Uses
It is a good vulcanizing agent for silicone rubber, the safe processing temperature is 75℃, the vulcanizing temperature is 90℃, the recommended dosage is 1.1-1.5%.

Storage conditions
Keep the package closed and under good ventilation, the maximum storage temperature is 30 ℃, avoid and reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps), is strictly prohibited in the storage room to split and take.

Storage Stability
According to the manufacturer's prompt conditions for preservation, the product in three months to ensure that the factory technical standards.

Fire Extinguishing
Small fires need to be extinguished with dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and at the same time sprayed with large amounts of water to prevent re-ignition. Large fires need to be sprayed with large amounts of water from a safe distance away.
