Properties
This product is a yellowish transparent liquid, can be diluted with customer-specified solvents. Insoluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents, flash point: 12.5 ℃ (closed dish), 18 ℃ (open dish), boiling point: 109 ℃, freezing point: -40 ℃. Viscosity (20℃): 0.9mPa.s.

Use

1, Used as initiator for the polymerization of vinyl and dienyl monomers, the recommended cross-linking temperature range is 180-240 °C. It can be used as initiator for the polymerization of vinyl and dienyl monomers. It is a commonly used initiator in Suga method and kettle method of high-pressure polyethylene polymerization process.
2, It is a high temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester.
3, It is a vulcanizing agent for diene rubber, suitable for vulcanization of thick rubber products. Tensile strength, elongation and resistance to compression and permanent deformation performance is good, approved by the FDA, suitable for the vast majority of rubber, polyurethane elastomers, silicone rubber vulcanization, can be obtained in white and a variety of brightly colored rubber products. 
4, Used in polypropylene high-speed spinning (polypropylene) industry, as molecular weight regulator (used in cooling masterbatch production). With narrow molecular weight distribution, high melt index, spinning uniformity, is an excellent degradation agent used in polypropylene modification, adding the product in polypropylene can be made to control the rheology of polypropylene, improve the fluidity of polypropylene, so that rapid molding of polypropylene possible, while reducing the deformation generated by molding. The modified polypropylene can be made into film material.
5, Used in oil additives and transformer oil pouring agent.

Packing and Transportation
The standard package of our factory is 20 kg polyethylene package. It can be supplied according to the customer's requirements, and the customer can put forward the requirements at the time of ordering.

Storage Precautions
1, Store in a cool and ventilated space, the temperature of the warehouse should not exceed 30℃.
Keep away from fire and heat source. Store separately from acids, reducing agents, flammables, combustibles and reducing agents.
3, Store the lighting and ventilation facilities such as explosion-proof type, the switch is located in the outdoor.
4, The handling should be careful and light, to prevent damage to the packaging and containers, prohibit impact and oscillation, the distribution and handling operations should pay attention to personal protection.

Fire Protection
1, The product may be heated and violent decomposition, will be violent fire, a small amount of product fire should be quickly extinguished with foam or dry powder fire extinguishers.
