Classification

1, Organic masterbatch features: complete color system, bright colors, good transparency, high coloring power.

3, Inorganic color masterbatch: high temperature resistance, good dispersion, excellent weather resistance, strong covering power, but lower coloring power.

Characteristics

1, Heat resistance: it refers to the ability of color masterbatch to resist heat, the larger the number, the better the heat resistance. The pigment is dispersed in polyolefin to make one-third of the standard color, and stays for 5min after molding in the injection molding machine.
2, Light resistance: refers to the ability of the color masterbatch to withstand light, the pigment is dispersed in a certain medium, made of specimens, and the "sunlight fastness blue standard" sample card at the same time in the light source, after a certain period of time exposure, compare the degree of its discoloration to the level of that 1 level of the worst, the best of the 8 level.

Packaging and Storage

This product is transported and stored as general goods. It should be stored in a ventilated place away from light and heat, and kept tightly closed at room temperature, with a shelf life of twelve months.

Precautions

1, Color masterbatch use process, must keep the refining molding environment clean and clean, to avoid impurities induced by silicone products color dispersion problems.
